NRX series refrigerators achieve top ratings in energy efficiency – about 9% better on average than the successful CRX predecessor series. Our engineers have found three ways to improve what was already great. First, they integrated even more efficient compressors in all NRX models. Second, they optimized the compressor and fan speed controls to get the best possible energy efficiency in all cooling modes (Eco/Boost/Sleep). Third, they used high-quality vacuum panels to reinforce the insulation of the freezer compartment and minimize energy loss.
