Shipping & Delivery

We choose to use the following delivery options to ship orders out within 1-3 business days (exclude Public holidays) after payment received. Australia post eParcel. This service is offered to parcels which have gross weight less than 22kg, package length less than 1 meter. Parcel is traceable once it has been collected and scanned by Australia post.(The tracking info normally will be available in 24 hours after despatch.)

Returns & Replacements

Items you 've purchased from eTime RV Centre can be returned or replaced in 30 days of item arrived, return policy is applied as below: Buyer changes mind in purchase. Returned product must be well packed up and sent back in its original condition, refund is not acceptable otherwise. Buyer is responsible for return postage. Original postage is not refundable.

 

Faulty product is received.

Replacement is offered to any faulty product received. eTime RV Centre is responsible for return and resend postage.

Goods is damaged during transit.

Replacement is offered to any damaged product received. eTime RV Centre is responsible for return and resend postage.

 

Viewing Orders

Assure our customers to view their order summary, an order confirmation will be sent through once the order has completed. You can also track your parcel, a tracking number will be attached in the despatch notification which will be sent through email as soon as the parcel has been collected by Australia post or couriers.
